O2 is the commercial telecom services brand under Telefónica UK Limited. It is one of the leading digital communications providers in the country. The company was established in 1985 as Cellnet and was spun off from the BT Group in 2002 to create a new holding company, mmO2 plc, which paged way to the O2 brand for the businesses.
The company’s offerings include mobile telephone services, fixed line services and home broadband t over 25 million customers across the UK running on 2G, 3G and 4G networks as well as O2 Wifi. To date, the company owns half of Tesco Mobile and has more than 450 retail stores in the country. It also sponsors The O2, O2 Academy venues and England Rugby.

How do I return an item to O2?

Change-of-mind Policy
- O2 offers a 14-day change of mind period for all their customers.
- You can return your purchase if you’re not happy and you can get a refund or exchange your device for another model (additional fees may apply).
- You have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days of signing up or when you get your sim and/or device (whichever one's later).

Exchanges- O2 store purchases: If you purchased your phone or tablet in an O2 store, return it there within 14 days of purchase and let the advisor know which alternative device you want.
