How do I return an item to Poundshop?

• You can cancel an order within 14 working days. The cancellation period starts on the day after the day on which your goods are received.
• If you receive your item and decide that you would like to return it for a refund you must email service@poundshop.com to arrange a return authorisation. Items returned without an authorisation will result in delayed processing.
• If the item is found to be faulty within 30 days of receipt, they will arrange return of the item in addition to the cost of the returned item.
• For hygiene purposes, they can only accept returns of underwear or lingerie if the item is faulty or the wrong item has been sent.
