• For Sundays and Bank Holidays order before 9pm. Courier will deliver next day (no deliveries take place on a Sunday or Bank Holiday).

• £4.95. Order before 9pm Monday - Thursday.
• Sundays and Bank Holidays order before 9pm. Courier will e-mail 1 hour slot and deliver next working day (no deliveries take place on a weekend or bank holiday).

• £5.95. Order before 9pm Friday.
• Courier will e-mail 1 hour slot and deliver on Saturday.

• £5.95. Order before 3pm Saturday.
• Courier will e-mail 1 hour slot and deliver on Sunday.

How do I return an item to The Hut?

You must contact their customer service team first before returning an item to request a returns authorization number. Without this number it can be difficult to process your return meaning the process may take longer.

• You can cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
• Ensure that the items you are returning are unopened and in its original packaging with any retail seals unbroken.
• You will get a refund for all your payments including cost of delivery except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by them.
• Refunds will be made 14 days after the day they receive back the items and will be made to the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction.
