What is The White Company?

The White Company has been making impeccably, stylish, beautifully designed products, particularly in white, for more than 22 years now. The company was launched with a 12-page brochure in 1994 by Chrissie Rucker. In 1996, The White Company or TWC moves into its first office and on the following year, Christie launches The Little White Company or LWC which offers beautifully crafted, high quality baby and children’s clothing and nursery essentials.

TWC creates timeless style, not fashion, as well as quality and not quantity. They believe that it is essential to make the most out of life’s simple pleasures. The company started out with a range of products which include white essentials for the linen cupboard such as plump duvets, crisp sheets and fluffy towels. Today, TWC has expanded into the ultimate luxury lifestyle destination for your home, wardrobe and little ones.

Their products are both designer-quality and affordable. TWC is obsessed about detail. From the hand-made stitching on their Santorini bed linen to the ideal fit of their Symons jeans, every item on their collection provides their customers with something really unique and special from extremely stylish to very practical.

Collect+

Delivered Monday-Saturday. Order by 4pm and collect next day from your chosen Collect+ location. Orders placed after 4pm will be ready to collect within 2 days, excluding Sundays.

How do I return an item to The White Company?

Returns Policy

You can return your purchased items within 30 days of purchase provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with its original packaging. Your refund will go onto the card which was used when you made your purchase. TWC are not able to refund any postage charges.

Returning Furniture

Call their specialist furniture team on 0203 758 9333 (Monday-Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm) within 30 days of delivery to discuss the return of furniture items as, under their returns policy, they cannot accept the return of items that have been used or damaged since it was delivered to you. The item will need to be re-wrapped in the original packaging and they will make arrangements with you to collect it., excluding mirrors. For hygiene reasons, mattresses cannot be returned once the packaging has been removed. There will be a charge for collection, unless the item is faulty.

Items that cannot be Returned

Products sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes once you have unsealed them, this include the following:

• Mattresses, duvets and pillows if the sealed packaging has been opened
• Toiletries or beauty products if the seals have been broken
• Swimwear if the protective gusset strip has been removed
• Underwear, and earrings once the seals have been removed
• Products that are made to your unique specification or that are personalised for you, such as items bearing your name or initials.

How to Return Items

You can return your items to one of their standalone stores as long as you have your receipt or delivery note. Their concession stores do not accept returns unless the purchase has been made there. Alternatively, you can return your items through post to the following address:
