What are the delivery options for TJ Hughes?

Their standard delivery service operates between 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday. You will be notified of your order being dispatched via email/text.

Click and Collect - In Store

• £1.99 delivery for orders where you intend to collect standard items.
• You can collect on their 20 sites across the UK.
• Up to 5 working days for delivery to store.

• £3.99 for delivery of small items.
• Up to 7 days for delivery.
• When you checkout they will provide an estimated delivery date for your entire order.

How do I return an item to TJ Hughes?

You can return your item for any reason within 14 days of the delivery date. It must be in a perfect condition; with original undamaged packaging, with tags, labels and accessories. You will get the refund for the price of the product you are returning but they will consider the overall condition of the product being returned when making a refund. Personalised and made to measure items are non-refundable unless it is faulty.

You will only get a refund on the original delivery charges where an item is deemed to be faulty, damaged or unfit for its intended purpose with 12 months of delivery. It is your responsibility to package the item properly and carefully when returning it to them.

Refunds will be issued once they have received the returned product. It will be processed within 14 calendar days of receipt of the returned item(s). All refunds will be made back to the original card used to make the purchase and can take 7-10 working days to clear.
