What are the delivery options for TK Maxx?

Tracked and Standard Delivery

• Cost is £3.99 or FREE if you spend £75 or more online.
• Place your orders by 5pm on a working day and your orders will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
• This service is available for mainland UK. It may take an additional 2 days for orders to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Highlands. Check TK Maxx’s website for postcodes this affects.
• They do no deliver to the Channel Islands, PO boxes as well as BFPO addresses.
• If you’re not available, the driver may leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour and leave a card with instructions on where they have left it. Parcels will be returned after 3 unsuccessful deliveries.
• On some cases your signature may be required
• You may call the company at 0192 347 3561 from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am to 6 pm and on Saturday from 10am to 4pm, in case your order does not arrive within 7 days. You can also email them at customerservice@tjxeurope.com to track a missing order.
• You can track your parcel using the 16-digit tracking ID that you can find in your despatch confirmation email on HermesWorld.

• Cost is £5.99 on orders placed by 5pm on a working day from Monday to Friday only.

• Your signature will be required as well as an ID such as the card you used to make the purchase, a utility bill or your Driving License and your delivery confirmation email or order number.
• Collection is available during store opening hours and your orders will be held in store for 14 days.
• You can track your parcel using the 15-digit tracking ID that you can find in your despatch confirmation email on DPD’s website.

How do I return an item to TK Maxx?

Bought In Store

You can return your purchase in store within 28 days of purchase together with the receipt as proof of purchase. Gift receipts can be used to return an item for an exchange or gift card but not for refund. Make sure that the items are unused with all tags still intact including packaging and labelling. Pierced jewellery can only exchange or refunded if it is faulty. Their Gift Cards that are purchased online are subject to separate terms and conditions.

Free In Store Returns

This is the easiest and fastest way to return your orders. Just make sure you have your despatch note with you in order for the store to deal with your return. If you paid by a credit or debit card, bring the card you used with you in purchasing as they can only refund to that particular card. If you paid using an eVoucher, you will get a store credit or a gift card in return. These never-expiring gift cards can be spent at TK Maxx, Homesense and tkmaxx.com. Please note that TK Maxx items can only be returned to TK Maxx stores in the UK only and cannot be returned to HomeSense stores. You can find your nearest TK Maxx stores using their Find a Store option.

Bought Online

You can return your online purchase within 28 days either in store or by post together with your despatch note as proof of purchase for a refund. Merchandise must be on its original condition, unused and with tags still intact. Jewellery are excluded unless faulty. Please note that items bought online are not eligible for exchange as part of their returns process.

Returning By Post

Simply fill up the returns form on your despatch note and include it with the items to be returned. Put the following items if your despatch note is not available:

• Name, billing address and contact number
• Email address used for logging in to your TK Maxx account
• Order number
• Product description
• Reason for returning (i.e. faulty, incorrect, arrived too late, unwanted gift, unsuitable, does not fit, etc.)
