What is Topman?

Topman caters exclusively to men’s clothing and is the stand-alone business counterpart of Topshop. It was launched in 1978 and has come a long way from being a British high street phenomenon to become a worldwide force to reckon with. Aside from having a chain of men’s 254 clothing stores located across the country, and a presence in just about every UK High Street and in Ireland main street outlets in six cities and town. Topman also has 154 international stores across 31 countries such as China, Japan and America.

Topman offers a wide range of fashionable men’s clothing which includes everything from men’s formal suits to informal indie-rock-influenced casual-styling ranges, along with footwear and fashion accessories. Their flagship in London also offers a specially-designed range of clothing like items by Dexter Wong Ltd, Fred Perry, Licentious, Siv Stoldal, Carolyn Massey, Material Boy, Mjolk and 'Topman Design'. Topman also collaborated with hot young designers like Kim Jones, Markus Lupfer and Peter Jensen in the recent years.

They also offer premium collection designed in-house called Topman Design that opens London Fashion Week Men’s each year.

What are the delivery options for Topman?

UK

Standard Delivery

• Free to the UK and Northern Ireland for all orders over £50.
• £4.00 for orders below £50.
• 4 working days excluding Northern Ireland and some areas of the Highlands.
• Delivery is from Monday-Friday 8am-9pm inclusive, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank holidays.

• £6.00 - £7.50
• Order by 9pm (weekdays) for next working day delivery, orders after 9pm will be delivered on the second working day.
• Orders placed between 9pm on Friday and 5pm on Sunday, will be delivered on Monday. Exclusions include Northern Ireland and some areas of the Highlands.

In-store

• Standard Delivery – Free within 3 to 7 working days.
• Express Next Day Delivery – £3.00

• Free on all orders over £100.
• Free international standard delivery on all orders over £50 to Australia, Canada and Republic of Ireland.

How do I return an item to Topman?

In-store

• The fastest way to return your order is to store within 28 days of receipt.
• Customers in the UK can go to their nearest store to return an item, excluding those in department stores. Please ensure that you take your despatch note with you as your proof of purchase.
• They currently do not offer refunds or exchanges on items bought on our website to stores outside of the UK.

• Just stick the freepost Royal Mail returns label to the front of your parcel and send it back to Topman within 14 days of receipt.
• International customers will not receive a freepost returns label and are required to return unwanted items at their own cost.
• You will get an email once they received your return.
• Most parcels will be refunded within 7 days of reaching them not including your bank’s processing time.
