What is Wilko?

Wilko, formerly known as Wilkinson, is a family-owned retail chain in the UK. It sells homeware, textiles, DIY, pet products and kitchenware. Wilko is similar to B&M retail.

The business was founded in 1930 by James Wilkinson in Leicester. Since then, the company has largely remained in family hands. It rebranded as Wilko in 2012, following the successful launch of its own home-brand label of discounted products.

Wilko focuses on value for money products. It has an ever increasing online operation (which you can get free click and collect) for. The company now has a turnover of more than £1.5 billion per year with a profit of over £30 million.

How do I return an item to Wilko?

• If you wish to cancel your online order you may do so within 14 days. Contact Wilko directly using the information given above to do so.
• Wilko says it will refund or exchange any product you're not completely satisfied with in 28 days from receipt. You'll need proof of purchase. The easiest way is to take the product back to your nearest store and speak with customer services.
• Contact customer services using the information above and Wilko will organise a delivery to come and collect your item from your home for return.
