What is Zalando-lounge?

Zalando Lounge is a member’s only shopping club launched by Zalando in March 2010. The shopping club is currently one of the most successful shopping clubs in Europe. To date, they have more than 14 million existing registered members gaining access to top brands at unbeatable low process. Every day, they provide new limited sales promotions offer products by sought-after labels and exquisite luxury brands from the fashion and lifestyle sector with considerable discounts of up to 80% compared to the RRP such as Converse, Moschino, Nike, Steve Madden, Moschino, Met and so much more.

After their huge success in Germany and Austria, they have also been delivering to neighbouring European countries since 2011. In 2011, they launched under the name Zalando Privé in France, followed by launches in the Netherlands and Belgium in 2012 and in Finland, Denmark, Sweden and Switzerland in 2013. In 2014, they went live in the UK and in 2016 in Italy. Since 2017, Zalando Lounge is also available to their Polish customers.

In order to be able to offer products at such low prices, they reserve them to the manufacturers during the promotion but they only order them from the manufacturer after the promotion is finished. Then the manufacturers sends these to their warehouse where they are inspected for quality. After this, they are shipped from their warehouse to their customers.

What does Zalando-lounge sell?

Zalando Lounge is more than just a large discount. Their strength lies in our focus on fashion, ranging from sought-after labels, niche brands and popular international designers up to high-end fashion, their product line offers something to suit all our fashion-forward customers’ tastes.

They start with 3 to 5 promotions each day. Their products are highly coveted brands and luxury brands in fashion and homeware. They sell them for up to 75% less than the manufacturer’s recommended retail price. Their selection includes clothing and shoes for women, men and kids as well as underwear, accessories, sporting goods and homeware. What are the delivery options for Zalando-lounge?

Their Standard Delivery costs are £3.90, irrespective of how many items are in the order. If the shipping costs for a particular promotion happen to be higher or lower than the standard fee, this will be indicated within the product details. The items you ordered will be requested from their supplier at the end of the sales promotion. The products then need to undergo a quality check at their logistics center. It is for this reason that the delivery times can range from 3 to 5 weeks.

All packages have an individual delivery time and it is quite possible that a delivery can be made within a few days after an order is placed. More specific information regarding the delivery times can be found in the product details of your chosen article. Once an order has been confirmed, you will be able to see the current status of your order in your online user account.

How do I return an item to Zalando-lounge?

You can always return unwanted items within 14 days. You can print the return label via your user account. Under Account you can access Orders & Returns, where you will see the order you wish to return. By selecting the order, the Details will appear and you can access the return process with Return an item. Please select the articles with the appropriate reason for return. Place the items in the box in their original packaging and seal securely and then post your item at the next available Hermes Parcel Shop.

All return shipping is FREE of charge. Should you return all the items from your order, you will of course be refunded the standard shipment fee. You will be reimbursed as soon as your returned order arrives at their logistics center. As a rule, it takes up to 48 hours. In extremely rare cases it can take up to 14 days. If you choose to return an entire order, the costs of the original delivery will be reimbursed to you.

Once you have selected an item, the next step in the order process will be to add the correct size to your shopping bag. Sometimes, a garment’s indicated size and its actual fit differ from each other.
