  • Aldi launches new range of BBQ-friendly kebabs and marinades perfect for summer.
  • TikToker highlights Aldi's budget-friendly offerings.
  • Price comparisons reveal Aldi's competitive edge on BBQ and snack items against other supermarkets.

As summer approaches, Aldi has rolled out a new collection of BBQ essentials that are sure to make any outdoor gathering a hit. One TikToker recently showcased these tasty finds, including chicken and chorizo kebabs and garlic and herb chicken kebabs, all priced at just £3.99. Her excitement is palpable as she exclaims, "Hopefully the summer will follow!" while highlighting the range perfect for warm-weather feasts.

Lily Amory at Money The Sun noted that the video touring through Aldi also introduced other summer must-haves. The lineup features flavorful pork belly slices in various marinades for only £3.49 and a selection of condiments like house burger relish and caramelised onion relish, each costing £1.29. These items are ideal accompaniments for any barbecue.

Moreover, Aldi's new snack options are perfect for lighter fare or as additions to a charcuterie board, with offerings like Italian crackers at £1.49 and an array of crisps priced as low as £1.15. The store hasn't forgotten about pasta lovers either, rolling out health-conscious vegetable pastas such as red lentil and bean fusilli, now reduced to just £0.89.

In her video, the TikToker also raved about the new Toxic Waste sour lemon and lime with strawberry slime ice lollies, a hit with the kids at only £1.69. This fun addition underscores Aldi's commitment to offering a diverse range of products that cater to all tastes and preferences during the summer season.

Price comparison insights reveal that while competitors like Asda and Tesco offer similar products, Aldi's prices generally undercut those of its rivals, offering savvy shoppers more bang for their buck.

Tom Church, Co-Founder of LatestDeals.co.uk, commented, "Aldi continues to impress with its well-priced, high-quality offerings for the BBQ season. It's the perfect opportunity for families to enjoy great food without stretching the budget."
