Aldi Launches £3.99 Pizza Delivery Service To Rival Domino's But There's A Catch
Aldi’s shaking up the pizza game! They’re launching a delivery service to give Domino’s a run for its money. Ruby Flanagan at The Mirror reported that this is in celebration of Aldi's new 'Ultimate Takeaway' pizza range. If you’re a fan of Domino's popular flavours, you're in for a treat!
For just one day next month, Aldi’s bringing takeaway pizzas to your doorstep for an unbeatable £3.99. These pizzas are inspired by Domino’s best-sellers. Do the maths and you’re looking at a huge 83% saving if you opt for Aldi over Domino's. Pre-booking has started at aldipizzadelivery.co.uk, and deliveries are scheduled for 5-9pm on October 3.
BUT, there's a catch. It's limited to Manchester, Edinburgh, and Cardiff – targeting student-heavy zones. And not just the whole cities: specific postcodes are CF10 and 11 for Cardiff, EH2 and 3 for Edinburgh, and M13 and 15 in Manchester. A heads up - stock is limited! If you miss this offer, the Ultimate Takeaway range hits Aldi stores on October 9.
The range boasts 11.5-inch pizzas with three mouth-watering flavours on offer. You can choose from The Meaty One, topped with sausage and meatballs, The Banger, topped with spicy and smoky hot dog pieces, or The Texas Style BBQ Chicken & Bacon.
Julie Ashfield from Aldi UK commented on the rising takeaway prices and believes Aldi's new range offers great quality at an unbeatable price. They're all set to redefine our idea of supermarket pizzas.
