Ordered some trainers from here and they were supposed to be delivered to the local shop on 15/06/23. I went to collect on 16/06/23 and they said there was no parcel there for me. Rung DPD who said I need to contact the seller, did this and 18montrose opened a dispute with DPD and said they would contact me within 24 - 48hrs.
I didn't hear anything so contacted them today (19/06/23) and they said there was nothing they could do as DPD have said the parcel has been delivered to my nominated shop. I went back to the shop to check, when in there the owner informed me that they have an exclusive contract with Evri and so wouldn't receive any parcels from DPD.
Contacted 18montrose via webchat where the customer advisor just kept pasting the same passage of writing as a response which is pretty annoying. I get that he may not be able to solve my problem but he could have been helpful, they basically told me as DPD had closed the dispute there's nothing they can do. I said surely that can't be the case because I have paid and not got my item.
Just a terrible experience from the start, their customer service is horrendous and i found it odd that neither them or DPD were concerned with the fact that fraudulent activity is clearly taking place.
I have filed a dispute with paypal so hopefully get a refund but you live and you learn. I know I will never use this company again and it's not cause of the fact this has happened, mistakes occur. It's just the terrible customer service that's more of an issue.
