"My personal experience with this website was great. It was easy to use and navigate, and I was able to find what I needed quickly. However, my experience changed when I returned an item four months ago.
The website rarely offers discount codes, so if you find one, I would recommend using it. They're hard to come by.
After returning my product, I waited two months before checking my inbox for a response. When I did, they asked me for a four-month-old receipt. The item had been returned via the post office and was sent by 'signed for' mail by my mum, but unfortunately, we didn't keep the receipt for that long.
In hindsight, their customer service was poor. It took them months to respond to my first two emails, and when they finally did, they started asking for a receipt, even though all of my details were in the email.
To this day, I have never received a refund.
While the quality of their products is good, there are cheaper alternatives on the market. I'm glad I didn't spend a further £180 on the items in my basket. If we had ordered the wrong size or wanted to exchange an item for another, I couldn't go through it again - their process is too long winded and at some point I just gave up and quit my loses.
I was unable to give them an 'Acceptable' rating given it is not acceptable to take 2 months for a customer to chase you before you respond.
