I have only used Dreams Uk once to purchase a bed for my elderly mum and dad. I contacted customer services for help and they went above and beyond without trying to push any sales of you. The bed we got was discounted but even at full price it would be worth every penny. The delivery drivers were equally very helpful and friendly so overall an easy 5 stars.

Very useful full description of mattress and bed frame, even down to measurements which was particularly useful whilst making the purchase.
