Even Greener Discount Codes May 2024

We placed our order with EvenGreener in late April and waited for our water butt. Time scales given were that ‘We aim to despatch your order immediately but please allow up to 28 days for delivery’. However, due to COVID there was a further notice stating that it could take 6-8 weeks. After more than 7 weeks of waiting we chased the order which was swiftly followed by a return email stating that our payment had been refused and therefore the order was cancelled, but we could order again if we wished to! This was clearly untrue – we don’t think they had the water butt at all and that this was a convenient way to get out of supplying it to us. This is the most appalling customer service from EvenGreener. Do they really think that we would want to order from them again and wait a further 8 weeks? And then worry all the way through about it turning up or them cancelling the order to suit themselves? No way. Needless to say we would never recommend them to anyone else. If you want a water butt – go somewhere else, you won’t get one here.
