I have used the Great Italian Chefs website many times now and have found it very inspirational during lock down. I am not the best cook but this website has helped me create some delicious meals with the easy to follow recipes. They also have some great free to enter competitions that are worth a go. I highly recommend this website but warning you can become easily addicted to making great food :).
Has some great Italian recipes and advice on this website. The website however is slow and some of the links don't work, hopefully it is just temporary as most of the site works or it could be unfinished. I used this to help me make the perfect pizza dough and it worked great.
