Great place to shop but one thing I will say is the depending on where you are shopping staff can be soo snobby baring in mind they are just retail staff. Also because of this is can be awkward shopping in the designer sections even for my random treat because of the way the staff can be!
My item came within 2 days of ordering, it came beautifully packaged at no extra cost, in a Harrods box with branded tissue paper. They can be pricey but also have some hidden gems at affordable prices. They kept me informed about the wherabouts of my package and provided fantastic customer service.
As a child we used to go in for a treat and even today 40 years on it still has that magical feeling about it. Its expensive and so it should be because its Harrods and there should be shops around that are a treat. The staff in there are always polite and friendly and it is somewhere I will continue to go and spend my twenty quid or so every so often.
