We have family friends over in Luxembourg and when we get a chance, not this year obviously! Fly over and see them via Amsterdam. KLM is a great airline and they just get everything spot on from the customer service to the price. Once things are back to some sort of normal we will definitely be flying with them again.

We flew with them twice since I came here. Im so happy with my experience with them, they helped us in booking especially we have a baby.. giving as more area for us. They are so accommodating, friendly and hassle free even.. I love how they prioritize the vulnerable and so on.. I will use them again in the future.. Better deals as well flight price.

One of my favourite airlines. Plenty of luggage as standard and they have reasonable seat costs too if you want to pre-book your seat in advance. I also like the fact transfer is in Amsterdam as if anything goes wrong you aren't a million miles from home with a variety of budget airlines and even the Eurostar flying from Amsterdam. I've found flights are pretty similarly priced from both Birmingham and Manchester which is great for us not in London. Onboard experience is decent for economy. Food is to be expected, not amazing but I've had worse and the IFE is pretty decent too. I've flown with them to Colombia, Ecuador and also Kilimanjaro and Rwanda and had no delays or negative experiences. All flights were on time or early. Whilst there is no discount codes when I've booked you can get KLM frequent flyer points to put towards a future reward flight which is always useful.
