I received excellent customer service, they responded to my email within 24 hours asking me to confirm my address, which I did and again got a very speedy response asking if I wanted a replacement or a refund. I opted for the replacement, which I received within 7 days. I can honestly say this is the best customer service I have ever received. The website has some great products. I will definitely be buying from them again and I have also recommended them to friends.

Great site for geek items. My daughter is into Harry Potter and I have bought her and my niece quite a bit of Harry Potter merch . Delivery is free so that is a bonus and they have all kinds of other items including Spider-Man which my son loves. Great value for money.

This is a really good site for geek merchandise. They have some great stuff and my husband collects the dungeons and dragons items. The prices are reasonable for these kind of items. He has got my grandson into this and he collects all the Batman items. But it’s great for something to buy.
