Great company. I've been with a while now and very cheap energy. Good customer service. Good rewards scheme within the app. Competitions for exclusive concerts that are on going and for you to enter for free with the utilita app.
Very easy download app for free.
You can also save money for a rainy day via the app.
I am going to give 3 stars for this review and have a few reasons why.
I have just changed my electricity and gas over to utilita just over 2 months ago.. What I like most about utilita is their customer service, they have live chat on their website and are available throughout the week. Also their install was very quick I had an engineer out to swap everything over to utilita and he was very nice and helpful. I have an app on my phone now where I can top up my meters very easily from the comfort of my home, instead of going out to a shop like I had to with my previous supplier.
My only issue so far with utilita is their smart meter doesnt seem to connect very well to my gas meter so I cannot see my balance, and when I ask for an engineer to be sent out to get it sorted I have to wait over 6 weeks.. But over all, they are a good company, with good customer service and I have recommended to a few of my neighbours recently.
