  • I ordered once from Ann Summers some panties and bras. They suppose to be my size, but they were bigger than the actual size and very plastic feel likes. The quality is not great. I think the products are overpriced and if you want some savings it's best to look for voucher codes online. They are all made in China and I do not think that the styles are great, designs. Once, I went to one of their stores. I was not impressed and could not find my size and they had no size in the item I wanted. I do not think that I will shop there again. bibolda
  • I like Ann Summers but I feel like they're massively overpriced. The products are lovely and they often have good sales and discount codes, but even sale products are still a little pricey sometimes. I think nowadays it's easier and cheaper to buy things from online stores such as Bondara or Love Honey. I just feel the quality of clothing in Ann Summers doesn't match up to the price ranges. I find bras and underwear often run small and although they stock a good range of sizes, they don't order enough of the sizes I need. So I can't often find decent bras that actually fit. Mashleigh

Excellent support from staff who are always super friendly. The sales are absolutely wonderful with so many great reductions! I love the diverse range of items they have and love how they have expanded the BDSM range. The only thing I would ask is that they start catering to larger bra sizes. It is so difficult to find gorgeous bras when you're a top heavy lady. A reward scheme would also be welcome.

I always have great experiences with Ann summers. The clothes are brilliant quality and always very flattering. The prices are reasonable. They so discounts often also. Never needed to return anything as I've always been more than happy with my purchase. Deliver with royal mail discreetly. Always my first choice for lingerie.

Good quallity products at the moment at low prices in the sale. However, in the last week I have visited two different Ann Summer stores and have experienced terrible customer service. The staff their need to have more training on how to politely deal with customers and cater for the needs.

Ann Summers is my favourite shop.Underwear is so pretty and quality never disappoints. My local shop is good, staff is very friendly,always with smile on their faces, helpful and caring . Sometimes I ordering online as there can find extra code or discount.Highly recommend this shop as underwear is so pretty,everyone will find what they want.

Excellent sale items. One thing I like is that they have larger bust size bras which not every shop has. Easy to overlook that they also sell regular underwear as well as other items. Great communications. Parcel came quite quickly and as a tracked parcel so easy to trace if something goes wrong. Good quality items and at a comparable price to other lingerie shops

Bought my girlfriend some underwear off this site as it's pretty embarrassing going into the store which I imagine is still closed at the minute. The website site sells all sorts for the bedroom and has really good discounts weekly. The package was delivered really quick and the items fitted with no issues.
