The ordering system is very simple and user friendly. The collection of items could be improved in these days of Covid. People are left standing around almost in clusters, waiting for their order to be picked.
I would never, ever choose to buy any technology item from Argos as their Customer Services are unhelpful, IMHO. I bought a Kenwood Food Processor, on offer at the time, which was faulty. Argos said they had no more in stock to do an exchange and they wouldn't return the item to Kenwood for me to have them correct the issue. I was left to phone Kenwood myself, who send me a pre-paid label to return the item to them for sorting. They were faultless, but the whole situation with Argos, left it's mark. They are fine if you are buying home furnishings, but as I've mentioned for electricals/technology steer clear where Argos are concerned.
