So I order a Huawei P30 pro on 8th May on EE contract. £69.99 up front cost. Get an email the same day to say whoopie, everything is fine, you've passed security checks. Get a dispatch email with tracking the following day. Tracking says delivery Thursday 14th. 14th comes and goes. Updated tracking says delivery 15th. No delivery. Contact customer service who say they will pass on to supervisor to raise with courier. This has happened 3 times now, Well today is 18th and guess what? No phone. I did however get a bill from EE, which for obvious reasons, like not actually having a phone, I don't want to pay. Contact EE who look in to it from their side, who can see nothing except my bank details. Nothing has gone through to them. They check with courier, and say tracking is now empty. EE advise me to cancel direct debit, which I've done. I've also had to do a chargeback on my credit card because FONEHOUSE COULDN'T CARE LESS. When you actually get through, they tell you lies, like someone will get back to you. WHAT A JOKE.
My advice, if you are thinking of using this company is don't, go elsewhere. Oh, and if you want to send your email to someone in charge that will also ignore you, the retail director is Andy Lockwood. andy@fonehouse.co.uk
