REVIEWS- I used GoGroppie to buy a necklace and a few restaurant deals. Worked quite well, and had a good experience overall. I love their logo as it looks very cute. But they do not have as much choice for products and deals as their competitors and for that reason I have been using competitors much more. I found their deals more expensive as well so it's best to check for discount codes online first. The customer service is quite slow. On one occasion I had to contact the customer service and it took them a week to reply. I also wanted to use Gogroppie as a merchant. I called many times and left many chasing emails however the merchant manager was saying that he is busy and would get to me soon every time and has never replied. themystery3
- I have only used GoGroopie twice. Once for a jewelry set and once for an arts and craft set for my niece. To be honest I wasn't overly impressed. Some prices are ok but they are not as competitive compared to similar companies. The deliver on my second order took for ever to come and when I tried to follow up with customer service they took so long to reply that I had the item by the time I got the reply so not very good service there. Not a company I am likely to order from again anytime soon and you better look for a good voucher code online if you want to save some money. SRFMLY

This is an awful site to buy from. I bought an item from them, they then sent me an email saying I still owe them £4.99 for delivery. Who does that ? I tried to cancel the item and you have to jump through so many hoops. NEVER again, will I buy from this company !
I really like this website because if you research properly you can find unbelievable fantastic deals. I recently bough pallet from this website and this pallet was amazingly beautiful and high quality. I recommend everyone buying from this website but also make sure you search the item properly before buying it.
I don't know where to start!I ordered a computer a couple of years ago now, it was a
special offer I thought great. It was a laptop which was what I wanted waited quite a long time for delivery. When it arrived we were unable to use it. The thing was second-hand and from some school I believe, got in touch with Groupie they did say sorry and wanted to replace it with another, but we'd been conned and after a lot of e-mails to-ing & fro-ing we finally got a refund less postage. After that we never used them again and won't any time soon!

I have bought a few things from Go Groopie. They often have what appears to be really good deals. However, my own experience with them hasn't been a positive one. I have received broken goods, due to poor packaging. I have received dressing up outfits that, when they arrived, looked nothing like the photos on their page and they were extremely poor quality. Their customer service is poor, they kept asking for more details/proof even though I had sent them photos of everything. I ended up getting refunds through PayPal because I was getting nowhere with the customer service department. I would not recommend them or ever use them again!
Ordered mulri coliur plant pots with detachable hanging hooks. Loved them arrived quickly. No problem ordering. Deluvery was quick. Product like they said overal very good experience probably get them cheaper if i looked around. But happy with product.so overall from start to finish browsing site got wat i ordered and happy

Their customer service is diabolical when something goes wrong with an order (no received). It took me 5 months of contant emails to get my money back, and that was when I reported it to PayPal and they took it up with them - so if you do us them, use paypal. I wouldn't touch them again
Good website for some deals but you don't always get what you pay for. I've ordered things from here before and you do have to read the descriptions very careful. Good for some of the holidays from what I've seen but never booked one. Delivery is extra but not unreasonable usually.
As like other websites the offer great deals and wide variety of items, i tried this for fairly good and bad reviews. I order a set of pans to replace my old ones. There are no information on their ad that they do not deliver to where I am. And so I get in touch of them for the refund, got dismayed as I was passed on to the seller. Took awhile but I did eventually have the refund, my point on an product's ad they should already if they can not deliver to places.
Ive give it poor as the service regarding a refund I am due is utterly pathetic .
I was told on the 27th of May that the refund would be forthcoming and 16th of June .A lot of emails later and getting more angrier . I would advise buying from here , if for whatever reason you need to ask for a refund then I sincerely hope your not in the same boat as me .
Delivery has taken a little while at the moment due to the pandemic but the deals on their website are really good!! I've ordered a sunglasses mystery before and recieved a lovely pair of Storm glasses worth £60 for £10! Go and have a browse, you never know you might find something you need for a cheaper price :)
