Good site easy to navigate and somtimes cheaper than stores that sell multiple brands. Good customer service however monitor I ordered had issues with tracking and went missing in transit so they had to send a new one but they sent the new one express delivery so I revived it the next day. Customer service advisor was lovely

We bought our laptops mostly from here, they are really much much better than other brands we have tried so far I have no complaints and I am always impressed by their products. Deliveries of products are on time and packaging is protective regarding the material. Their customer service is absolutely class.

I used HP.com recently when my old printer decided it had reproduced its last offering. I wanted a WiFi enabled printer to cut down on wires. I also wanted to examine HP Instant Ink – a system where you pay a set amount every month and HP send you cartridges for free. I settle on a Deskjet all in one printer/scanner with 2 months of Instant Ink for free. For £40 the printer arrived around a fortnight after I ordered it – there was a slight issue where I was only made aware that the printer was temporarily out of stock after I had bought and paid for it. Apart from that, I was happy with the Information on the HP website, and the printer is up and running perfectly.

So I use coupons on a very regular basis and have done so for 10+ years and its easy to say that yes theres different brands on the market but for me the market leader is HP . The quality of the printer I use and the ink it requires is what meets my high expectations and always has delivered . The cost of the ink is very reasonable and as said before the quality of the product is never in my eyes in doubt .

I love HP store the products are amazing I use the HP laptop it is light portable and a fast working speed I would totally recommend people trying the HP products amazing quality. HP is one of the best companies out there for electronics. I do wan another product hopefully I will get one.
