The delivery advertised was 7 to 10 days and it arrived on the 10th day, I have emailed after the purchase to add delivery instructions as there was no space for that on the order pages. We requested the order is delivered onto a grassy bit in front of the house for no contact delivery. The courier called in the morning on the day of delivery and said the time they will come. All went smoothly, we were given a piece of paper to sign for delivery instead of the handheld computer couriers have. The delivery for this item was free. We wanted to use a 5% discount code advertised on the website but it excluded items already on offer. Having been looking at various websites selling baby stuff, this one appeals the most, they offer premium products (not the "cheapest possible") that usually are discontinued or pre-orders, which allow the lower prices.
