Why is my Lebara Discount Code Not Working?

Several factors may impact why your discount code for Lebara might not be working:

  • The Lebara voucher code may have expired: Each voucher code has an expiration date; please confirm that your Lebara discount code is still active by checking its validity period. An expired code cannot be used.
  • The Lebara promo code may not apply to your purchase: Promo codes often come with specific terms and conditions, which might include restrictions on what items they can be used for or a requirement for a minimum spend. To ensure that your purchase meets Lebara's specified conditions, please review them carefully.
  • The Lebara discount code may have been entered incorrectly: Confirm that your Lebara discount code has been correctly entered, paying careful attention to all details, including letters, numbers, and any special characters. A minor error can render the code useless.
  • The Lebara discount code may not be valid in your region: It is also worth noting that some codes may only be usable in certain regions or countries. Confirm if your discount code is valid for use in your location to avoid a failed application.

I'm an existing Lebara SIM only customer and why are these special deals only open to new customers only. Surely existing customers should be rewarded and not ignored when the best deals are offered. We should be able to switch to the special offer and enjoy the 4month discount price Lebara please take note of my gripe and change your eligibility criteria.

Lately there have been many very good value deals for monthly sim only deals . I snapped one up and was very impressed with what I received for the monthly sum of 1penny. I had unlimited calls and texts to UK numbers and 100 international minutes . Then there’s 3 gigabytes of data . It was easy to claim the deal from this site just by clicking through and entering my details. My sim arrived within a few days and I just put it into my mobile phone and the credit was activated within five minutes(I didn’t have to do anything it automatically updated itself , as I tried to make call soon as sim was in phone and got “not enough credit “ message . ) I received a text stating my plan was activated so don’t worry if you can’t immediately make a call it is activated very fast . I have not experienced any problems with coverage for calls, texts or data . Also the one penny a month is taken automatically but you receive email and text information to remind you the day before payments due to be taken from your bank account (or PayPal, whatever method you chose). You do have to use the same payment method for the first six months if you have deal like mine , one penny a month for six months . If you change payment method in the promotion period (first 6 months) you lose the deal . However my friend wasn’t aware of this and Lebara did sort it out for her when she changed payment method and reinstated the promotion plan she had originally. If you download their app to keep eye on your balance they do actually list every call you make (even though they are free ) so you can see all calls made . This service wasn’t available on other networks I had used before , they would just list free calls as a total amount made , e.g FREE CALLS (MAY2022) 1 hour 23 minutes .

Great deal - just signed up for the EU roaming - I'll keep my £10pm Vodafone SIM and just use this when outside of UK as, at just 24pence per month, even I can afford to pay it on top of existing SIM but, if Lebara works well, (it should as it's Vodafone too), I'll switch fully next month! Thanks OP!

Yes I'm off signed up to contract page go with them as someone sent the link on here it's worth taking it's why it's on offer and you just click the link enter the code and all you do is just pay the 99p or if your accident and customer you still have to set up a new contract username and password and then off to go and just keep some money in the account for them to take it for the £5 situation they give you 3 months of 99p but after the 3-months it charge you £5 every 30 days

Highly recommend, been using them for about 2 weeks now and I am happy to say that everything is great so far. No complaints however I really think they should upgrade to 5g and 3g is extreamly slow. Thier price point is fab especially with the 3 months half price but I don't need the intentional minutes so not really benefitting from then unless I move abroad or go on holiday I guess (assuming I can us it abroad). Overall great I live the unlimited minutes as I really need them alongside internet of course!

Brand new customer experience I contacted customer service and was quickly connected to Naeemuddin. He was very helpful and dealt with my issue professionally and efficiently. I have just moved over from Vodafone and up until now, I'm sure I've made the right choice I have to call other countries and the tariff is affordable

Very competitive packages on their sim only packages with rolling 30 day contract. Very easy to setup an existing number transfer and was seamless on the arranged day. The mobile phone voice and data signal is very good and I have had no issues so far with any blackspots. Overall a fantastic service with a nice smooth switch and a great value package with a £10 balance credit as an added incentive.

Lebara delivered my sim cards quickly and they were easy to activate. I have had no connection problems with phone or internet and believe they are great value for my useage which is the 2gb package with unlimited texts and 2000 minutes of calls per month. On the downside whilst on holiday in Turkey the roaming charges are extortionate. £14.99 Mb and up to £3.49 per minute calling and up to £1.49 per minute to receive a call, 49p per text. Ok for use in the UK.

For a cheap network, I’m surprised how well it runs. Aside from a slight glitch on the app when I first joined (which was down to the traffic due to the influx of new users to the network), the customer service advisors are highly responsive and helpful, the billing cycle runs seamlessly, and I don’t get network coverage issues like I did with Three previously. My only criticism is that if you run out of data, it eats into any credit you have on the account, rather than just cut off. I can’t see where I can control this in the settings, so I guess I may need to contact them to do this, which is a hassle
