  • I was with O2 for at least five years and only changed as they couldn't beat the deal that I found with a new provider. I also had O2 broadband for a year which was fine at the time as it was affordable and it only turned off a few times and I was suitably compensated for this. With O2 I had good signal in most areas and received an upgrade each year. I also tried sim free once I paid off my phone. It was easy to transfer my number and customer services were always helpful whenever I had to call. Make sure to check Latest Deals for discount codes if you want to get good deals like 50% off on upfront costs. Freebiesarefun
  • I used to be a huge fan of O2 Mobile and I was with them for around 10 years. I moved house and could not pick up a signal from my new home at all and after contacting them and trying everything to resolve the issue I had to change providers which was a pity as I did love O2 for their package deals, mobiles offered in their packages and I can always find O2 voucher codes with free stuff online. Never had a problem with them till I moved and their customer service were fantastic and couldnt do enough to help me. SRFMLY
  • I am not a fan of O2 Mobile at all. I signed up with them because I was attracted to their O2 priority and they had the cheapest deal at the time. They have taken two phone bills a month since I joined and add late fees etc onto each bill despite them taking two bills every month. O2 priority is more for early release music festival tickets, they don't have any deals on there that I would get use out of nor anything that is of a reasonable distance to get to. I am quite disappointed in O2 and I don't think I'll renew my contract with them when it's over :-( But you can get deals from online voucher codes where you can save a lot on upfront costs. • I used to be with o2 many years ago and wasn't fussed on them, but last year I decided to give them a try again as they offered a good deal on my mobile and there are fantastic offers from voucher codes you can get online. Their O2 app is fantastic too as it offers you a great deal of offers from early tickets, freebies, discounts and competitions. there are always freebies from Thornton, I'm gutted that I don't live anywhere near one so I haven't had the chance to use the app to receive a freebie but i have entered the competitions and ordered from a website with the discount codes they promoted. I haven't had any issues with O2 Mobile, everything has ran smoothly and I'm very happy with my contract and the service I receive. zararoberts86

I found O2 to offer a very competitive prices so far. I am also happy with the prices for the phones. Great selection of refurbished devices. Also, need to appreciate that O2 is everywhere. Easy network to recommend. Ordered only once from them but the phone was delivered on time and without any issues. I guess, in most instances, you can't go wrong with them.

Ive always been with O2, right from the beginning when they were BT Cellnet. The myo2 app is really easy to use and if you need any assistance you can check their Help Pages and The Community, ask a Guru or speak with one of their Customer Service agents via live chat and more. I wouldnt go with any other mobile network provider. O2....you are AWESOME !!!

The network coverage is good and the access to this network is available at places where other networks usually fail to help. This allows me to be able to rely on the Phone with out worry of not being able to contact people when needed. So It ‘s been so far reliable.

Ive been with O2 for a number of years but this last year has had me thinking about moving onto another company. I've had multiple problems with my calls dropping in the middle of conversations for at least the past 10 months. Within that time I've had 3 replacement sim cards but none of them seem to have fixed the problem. It's a real shame because O2 prices are quite competitive but the service seems to be going downhill. After being with them for the past 3 years consecutively, I think its time to be moving on at the end of my contract

Reasonable coverage but seems to suffer over in Hertfordshire. I do enjoy the o2 account setup and priority perks- it’s slick and easy to make changes. I think they’re on the pricier side but customer service is reasonable. The shop service is a bit salesy but they are knowledgeable and helpful when choosing phones.

I've been with O2 for almost 5 years now. I swapped to them as I got a much cheaper deal for the same package and have been with them ever since. My monthly bill has only gone up once during this time, due to inflation and is still really reasonable. I never have any issues with the network, I get excellent service, even when I'm visiting my parents in the middle of the country side! Their customer service is brilliant, in store, online and via call centre. Any queries have been dealt with quickly and professionally. Handset's are normally very reasonably priced and they are very willing to work with you to find a deal that suits you. Most of my family is with O2 due to their reasonable prices and excellent network service. The O2 reward app is also brilliant as you get freebies throughout the year, early access to events and competitions.

Really good experience with o2 so far . Network and data speeds are par for the course . Customer service service is always helpful and try to resolve any issues you may have. The accompanying app has plenty of depth and information at your finger tips. Good deals to be had in the nearly new range is worth a look

Always friendly and helpful in store when having any issues with my phone. Been with O2 some time now and am happy with the network, plan and service! It's great they do separate payments for the phone and for the allowances so when the phone is paid off in 2/3 years you only then pay for the allowances.

I've had a decent experience so far, though I usually rate a company by their actions when my contract is due to end. The reason for this is I'd like not to have to jump through hoops, to get a competitive deal after my original term. I find this is usually very difficult as most companies focus on new customers, rather than keeping their existing customer base happy. In terms of O2 so far coverage has been good, the app is decent and the benefits of O2 priority can be very good if you regularly check offers. Price was competitive at the time. Customer service was fine the one time I used them.

I’ve been with o2 for nearly 20yrs now & I have never had a problem. Any time I’ve called them they have been super helpful. The web chat is also really useful & you can usually get some good bits on the o2 priority app. Also when I got my last contract the even gave me the staff family & friends discount after the shop clerk saw how long I’d been with them. They also offer a family discount I have my mum on my contract & she has a phone & tablet so with each additional contract you get a bigger air time discount. Price wise I would say they are similar to everywhere else, contracts have crept up to 2-3 years depending on how much you want to pay each month, but again I think this is standard with all the phone shops with the price of handsets going up. But they do have a good a good range of products to fit all price ranges. I tend to go into the shop for my upgrades as I’m too impatient to wait for it to be delivered & the staff are always friendly & helpful & never push for a sale which is refreshing. I’d definitely recommend them.

I have been with 02 since my first mobile phone(brick) and I now have a sim only deal. I look around for a better deal when I am due to renew or if I want to change my data etc. then ring 02 customer service to tell them about the other deals and ask for a better deal. I have always been very happy with the customer service but obviously they know that I can go elsewhere if I am not happy and do their best to keep good customers. I have found their Guru most helpfull, being an older user, but when buying a new phone this year they could not swap all my apps.etc but explained how to do it and said they would do all they could to help if I needed them. Luckily I managed to do it myself with the Smart app. they advised me to use.

Never had a problem and I've been with them 16 years.. Coverage is only sometimes a problem. Overall experience with customer service has been ok but then I've not had much dealings with them. Have upgraded phone a few times and managed to find a good deal through them. kept on a low pay monthly tariff.

Honestly, my favourite phone company ever. Joined them when I was around 20 and I am now 26. Customer service is always on point to improve your deal to make you stay, lots of free items with Priority (less right now due to Covid!) and lots of support in terms of stores and call centres. The deals they have are excellent, especially if you look for deals with them either in store or on a call. I have never had a bad experience with them and hope I never do. Delivery of new phones are are swift and arrive securely with a driver. Prices are always very good, but for newer phones the package can sometimes be a bit disappointing (usually the amount of data you have) but they have always sought to improve this when I've wanted to.

Good coverage. There is also o2 priority where you can get discounts on different things including gig tickets and items from local stores. Also quite a few competitions where you can win alsorts of things. I have never had a problem with o2 and have been with them for around 10 years. Reasonable priced and customer service is excellent. Next day delivery is also an option

Long time user ,very satisfied with service never any coverage problems . I have bought phones from them and paid through a package and now use a sim only deal. Buying phone elsewhere. I would not consider using another network unless something drastic was to change . I would recommend O2 to any one .

I have been a customer for over 15 years & have seen many changes over the years but I can't fault the service from O2. The O2 priority perks are also an added bonus! But unfortunately the price hikes in recent years have made me question my loyalty as I felt it no longer meant anything to the company but we will see come renewal.
