Considering its on the outskirts of London its a world of difference to Heathrow and Gatwick . My son caught a flight from there to Germany before going onto Boston ,USA and he was commenting on how good the airport was and so straight forward going through customs. Well run airport and definitely 1 of the better airports he had flown from .

Had a great experience here in August 2022 we parked the car in a well lit secure car park which was very easy to find after coming off the M11. We had a postcode that told us directly there. From the car park there was a shuttle service to the airport. Very impressed with the service. The earlier you book the cheaper it is. Get discounts using your AA card.

1st time I parked as close as I could in a random place and it took forever to find the car so the 2nd time I parked close to the bus stop. Great when you have 3 children and bags. Great staff were great. It's clean and well lit. I will use it again
