I use this service for buying mostly sugar free spreads and coffee syrups. They often have really good deals on their website which is a great opportunity to try their vast product range. I love their spreads (especially the salted caramel one!). Although some of their syrups are a bit disappointing, the fact they have so many to choose from there is likely to be something for everyone, for me it's the english toffee coffee and hazalnut praline syrup shots - a great addition to coffee I can take on the go.

Items were full priced but either short date or out of date. Jarblids were broken and when I spoke to someone about it was offered £3 odd back for the £60 odd order wasn't just one or two but most kids broken. Delivery was neither slow or fast. Prices can be good but always check to see if it's states if ood or short dated.

I had ordered two products from this as their products for weight loss came recommended via word of mouth. Immediately after opening one product (USI DietFuel Powder 1kg drum) I quickly realised the sell by date would be up before I ever got even half way through the whey powder. The other pouch of chocolate bounty flavoured whey powder would have been off before I had a chance to finish the first one. Products first. As mentioned above, they sent me products that were due to go out of date. This should have been flagged before they left the warehouse so the packing warehouse appear clueless of the need to send good dates to ensure not just to longevity but of the products performance. There was never a chance to finish the opened tub before I opened the second pouch of diet whey powder. They had six months left on both so, by the time I would have gotten through the first 1kg drum, they both would have been out of date; that was only half way through. Now for the service, whilst others opinions may vary, I was absolutely shocked at their mistreatment, cheeky attitude, and their unwillingness to help in anyway. First of all their attitude, even after I explained the amount I'd spent they would not accept a return within the legal 14 days. After this mistreatment, the packet I had been opened I quite quickly realised that it too would need returned. It was not opened yet they would not not allow a return of the second product unopened product. Their rudeness, unwillingness to see things from the customers point of view, and the fact they sent poor quality products tells me they aren't too worried about what their customers think. That was what I thought until I was approached by a member of their marketing team on Insta and in an indirect way asked to take it down my review down - it wasn't defaming in any way, they just decided to attack me on social with harassing messages. I would personally never use this company again and have since went elsewhere for my products. I'd rather pay more for quality than a bomb for crap products and ill-mannered service. They sell their products in a well-known high street shop so to me, that says it all. I wouldn't recommend them to one bit, for anything - based on the service I did not receive alone. Please be weary of this company fellow community.

Excellent website absolutely bursting with voucher codes. Products taste delicious include zero calorie sugar. Brilliant products for dieting, 85 calories for skinny chocolate drops. Offering healthy snacks. Prices are low, and there are so many deals to choose from. Good customer service, will definitely purchase from here again. Taste delicious. Highly recommend.

Great service received from skinny food co. Items delivered promptly and well packaged, kept informed at all stages. Brilliant tasting products without the worries of fats and sugars etc, will be using again. The syrups are my favourite, added to cold or hot coffees making the great barista style coffees at home for a fraction of the price and much healthier too.

Love this site for low calories and also for all people with medical issues due to food allergies or just trying to diet. They do ordinary food so it is not just for diets. They also sell kitchen items including utensils. I love their packets of seasoning and there is lots of different ones you don’t get in the shop. You really need to look at this site as the list is endless .

Have brought a lot from this company - sauces, treats, and everyday cupboard stuff. Majority of it is very nice, tastes like the real stuff; however, the sauces are very watery and some can taste chemically which isn’t ideal. I have heard putting them in the fridge thickens them up so that may possibly work? Delivery also took a very long time - think 3/4 weeks. Overall would buy again but would stay away from sauces.
