Advice on a Mens Razor

Other

I am looking to purchase a mens razor for my husband. Up to £200. But I want to be sure it really works well before purchasing. Any recommendations please.

Check Argos as they have gone cheaper and the reviews are 4.5 on most I would go for the well known brands as they may be better quality

lucky77777 I do not reading reviews online as you can not always trust them, but I will check out Argos, thanks.

You don't need to spend that much . Philips 5000 series wet& dry rechargeable are as good as anything I've ever had and can be had for £45 -£60 (often on offer ) . Whatever you do don't go for one of those Amazon marketplace Chinese ones so often advertised on here . They may have all the fancy LEDs etc but the blades are blunt .. and painful .

Golfforall Thanks for the advice, just looking for one that actually works so I will look at the Phillips one. Only said up £200 if I needed to spend that to get a really good one. I will definitely stay away from the Chinese ones on Amazon.

Are you looking for an electric shaver or a normal razor? My husband has both. He uses them both together as he gets a better shave that way. His electric one is a remington we got off amazon, works brilliantly and was about £30. Had it for years.

MrsCraig I am looking for an electric one. Can you tell me which Remington one it is? ( Don’t worry if you can’t).

eyeballkerry I can't remember now as I bought it for him about 5 years ago. It is a rechargeable one and has different attachments.
