Hello, which colour would you recommend for a small child bedroom? There is a window but not much light. Is light blue a good choice? It is a boy by the way
If a small room I would keep it natural maybe one wall only light blue the one light reflects off can always add colour with sticker transfers
Deffo keep it as light as possible. I really like a light duck egg colour paint. Or maybe a cream colour and as Ann suggested above you could decorate it also.
The problem with the light blue is the coldness as I don't have sun coming in the bedroom 
My son had a small cold room that faced North. It was pale yellow with a rainbow transfer on wall facing window, rainbow became dinosaurs/space ships etc, there were also stars on the ceiling.
