What Are You Afraid Of?
Ask a Question
Im 32 this year and im afraid of the dark
& spiders (but i think thats normal)
I have no idea why but i remember having nightmares as a kid about monsters and stuff and when i would turn the light on it was so dim it barely made a difference Like when someones chasing you in a dream and for some reason you run like a snail.
What are you afraid of?
Hi kirsteyjames. I am afraid of punch and Judy, doctor who. And I am still afraid of it. I can't what doctor who. And can't watch punch and Judy. They both give me very mad nightmares. Just thing about them sets me of. I to don't like the dark. I've a little night light on. All the time. It helps. And I hate snakes . But I do like spiders..
Ive never watched dr who i would much rather a snake than a spider, just thinking about them gives me shivers
I'm afraid of falling. And vomiting. Falling I mean like from a great height not like tripping up. But not so scared that I wouldn't do things like zip wire. But I'm in a harness so I'm not scared. Lol. Anyway....its early. Good morning.
Im not a fan of heights because of the fear if falling, ive had a few dreams where ive fallen it doesnt stop me though i still jump off the top of boats and cliffs when i go to turkey
oooh I'm the same as you on both counts! (I wouldn't do the zip wire). I'm also quite petrified of spiders
Spiders, snakes, certain insects not all.
Am scared of deep pools & shallow end of the sea...
Lizards, as well as the dentist is checking my teeth.
Mouses, rat's
Also am scared of heights, I love planes but I can't look down as it goes up.. Once am in the air am fine, I can look down.
Bugs, insects, creepy crawly s of most kinds and defo spiders. Never used to be.......
Also and possibly heights or falling not entirely sure what. I can fly, go in a cable car climb a mountain but going up a castle and not seeing the outside and I feel uneasy, also standing at the edge of things at height and all seems to be fairly random.
Possibly also lateness I hate being late and hate anyone else being late but that's probably not a phobia
- Spiders, especially those large house spiders which are particularly common during the autumn months.
- LD going down. I am addicted to LD so I sometimes worry about this.
- Moths. Horrible things.
