Not sure where and when you’d have the time to have a nap, aside from if you’re on holiday. Usually I don’t nap well, but I know people who benefit from it
I can't nap I'm one of those people that if I fall asleep during the day I forget what year it is when I wake up . And then I can't sleep at night at all .
I used to love having a nap during the day 
but its impossible now i have a 20 month old. Although if my wifes not in work i sometimes end up falling asleep on the settee 
They say even for toddlers better if they not nap. because it changes the quality of sleep in the night
Very true. It disrupts their body clock, so it makes it difficult to get them to bed, which in turn means no one gets any sleep lol
Try keeping a toddler awake all day, they end up so tired they cannot eat their evening meal and if you are driving them somewhere around 3 to 5 pm they are out like a light.
Having just spent a week away with 2 unrelated toddlers of 2 and 3 they both fell asleep during the day and still went to bed at 7pm without fuss. Just don't let them sleep after 2pm.
No, I cannot fall asleep during the day only night time. My body is used to my current routine and I do a lot of things so I don't really have the time for that honestly.
When I have the opportunity for one I must say I take it. Best sleep I ever get. Much better than actual normal night sleep.
i cant nap unless i am ill or pregnant... think my mother drummed it into me when i was younger “you wont sleep tonight if you sleep now” 
my partner could literally sleep for 24 hours though so he usually falls asleep on the sofa every evening...
I have a nap 
every day and have done for years. I can be a pain in the arse 
(too tired) if I don't get my lunch time nap. Mr Tumblespots also has a nap these days too, he wasn't keen on it at first, but can't not have his nap either now. 
No I'm not a napper. On the very rare times when I've dropped off it's completely messed me up at night and I just can't get a good night's sleep. I envy people who can cat nap without affecting their night time sleep.
