Has Anyone Ever Purchased via Etsy?

I can see that Etsy seems to have more arty, unique looking products on the online store, so it may be a great place to get gifts
However, I don’t know many people who have used them, and the Trustpilot reviews are iffy - mostly good (so iffy!) and the bad reviews are really bad, the kind that makes you steer clear
Have you used them before?

I have bought many many things from etsy. Usually personalized gifts. Never had a problem and usually delighted. Just be careful what you order and look at the reviews of the vendor.
Iv bought a number of items off Etsy & have even sold vintage items myself on there at one point. Only had a issue with the quality of an item once. Etsy is a great place for unique vintage or personalized items. Just read reviews of sellers first.
I've purchased a few things.
All good experiences except for one that took 2 months despite promises I'd get it for Christmas.

Thanks for the feedback. I’m trying to get some decent shampoo bars and Etsy seem to have a decent variety at a good price, mainly handmade, uk stuff, which I thought would be better than the manufactured stuff. Just another way to live without unnecessary packaging
I've used them. Got some good stuff from there before. The biggest problem is delivery costs from other countries sometimes.
I like the items they sell on Etsy, although I do not trust that everything will look as good when I get them. It is a very Instgrammable site
