Has Anyone Ever Won on Winit
Competitions
You know those comps where you can enter daily for all sorts of things and get bored out of your brains watching the same advert over and over before you are entered. You could spend so much time on them as they are daily entry but I never seem to hear of any winners and quite an unfair system if you have neither the time nor inclination to enter all of them every day. Do you think they are trustworthy?
I've won one of these...I won tickets to take part in a Graffiti workshop for the release of Pacific Rim Uprising
Someone recently commented on here that they did win a few times on those Winit sites. That person also said that they were told by the company that the comps that he/she won had received over 10,000 entries. So it is possible to win, but very VERY hard. I use those sites too, and yeah they can get very boring and time consuming. xx
I’ve entered a few competitions on that site and never been sure.. glad to see there are actual winners :-) I am often skeptical of companies using my data so I thought it was just me being paranoid
I use winit as its so easy. It remembers my email address, so all I have to do is click submit
I've won many DVDs, Blu-rays, merchandise and tickets on winit. Prizes usually take a month to arrive. Winit comps tend to be on sites that are owned by Bauer Media. It's a very large company, with an extensive international portfolio. They wouldn't want to risk any negative press by using something disreputable. I would suggest muting the sound on your computer before entering.
Sorry to resurrect an old thread but I thought I would idle away some time entering a few of these. Nearly all the ones I went to were ENTER EVERY HOUR!
How have people the time to do this, but if you don't there are those that will and you stand little chance I would think.
Once all the advent comps are over, I may start giving the Winit ones a go. But I won't be stressing myself over them and I certainly won't be bothering with the hourly ones.
Sadly Winit seems to have given up and are now just another set of pages within the PMOP Competitions sites - which are lot more more fussy to enter as you have to log in each time, their web site isnt the quickest either. They also now give a lot more cheaper prizes which will now be run over loads of sites. At least Winit used to have some nice big prizes and were easy to enter. Once I have gone through my current crop of entries I will be looking top cut right back on them in future sadly which is shame as I have had my best wins with them over the years.
