Anyone Received Anything Strange from China That They Didn't Order?

So, a bit of background...
Towards the end of June, I posted a deal for a princess play castle tent - it was a great price, possibly even a misprice.
Tom then found, from the same seller, a cheap bin and posted that ad a glitch.
I then found an even better bin (sensor bin) for around the same price - a crazy price for what it was. I ordered that, and then all of the products that seller was selling, vanished from Amazon almost instantly.
My bin never arrived. But I have recently been sent a rather odd little fish thing... I checked the tracking number and it's for the bin.
So...
- Anyone know what this fish is for and what to do with it?
- Did anyone that ordered, get the tent or the bin?
Oh and I forgot to mention... My fish glows in the dark according to the packet. I still don't know what it's good for! I want my sensor bin 
Tom I definitely will do. It's disappointing but slightly amusing too.
Just wondered if anyone else had a similar experience.
