I don’t think they abuse animals. It’s no different to a zoo, or a circus making them perform. Just my opinion

possy they get killed for the eating challenges off camera for contestants to eat their body parts and squashed/stamped on/poured goo onto in other challenges.

possy agree its been on TV for years too many people today won't to rewrite programs. Next they be wanting meat banned from supermarkets because them also need to be killed for us to eat its the magical circle of life for animals

possy I'm sorry but it's an awful lot different to a zoo, perhaps you haven't actually watched it or just accept what you see?

Ann1984 Sorry but bringing supermarkets into this is rather silly and as for The magical circle of life for animals OMG I've got to bite my tongue with your uncaring comment Ann, who has the right to kill these innocent animals for a TV programme, can't you see how wrong it is?

I never put my views on anybody or even try to make them feel guilty, but the difference between you and me is that I actually care and, just for the record, I love animals too much to eat them! 😉

Imnotcheap Thank you very much, whether you like the programme or not, I'm sure they could make an entertaining programme without the cruelty, it's not difficult and they have had their own ideas over the years, that have materialised, they are experts now, that's why they win so many awards, cruelty isn't funny!

I've signed the petition but not sure what good it will do. Hopefully if nothing else they will reduce the level of abuse even if they don't end it but that's probably wishful thinking.

BonzoBanana Thank you for signing, but please don't think negatively, petitions do have an effect!

Signed, don’t see why they need to include these things the other aspects are enough and more entertaining (the heights, physical challenges etc)

A pointless protest about "celebrities" eating animal/insect body parts. You all seem to have forgotten the "celebrities" know in advance what to expect and are being paid to do this. "Money talks."

jam45 It's not just about the eating trials, what about the little creatures that are put in places they would never normally be, that are drowned or trampled on, tipped out in masses, baby crocs that have their mouths taped up, and I dread to think the conditions they are kept in before all this happens, you seem to forget, animals have no voice and we have to talk for them, I won't rely on you though!
