Anyone Started to Shop for Christmas Yet?

Ask a Question

Anyone organized and done it all or not started? I grabbed a few bits in the sales and will add to it, then a mad dash at the last minute!

I have purchased a few bits as I've found them in the sales and have some ideas of what I'd like to get my kids, but even though it's only August, I'm not as sorted as I'd like to be!

I don't make a conscious decision to start early but it tends to happen when I see something that I know will suit a particular person. I am really late this year - I've usually made a small start by June but not one thing put away. I can't cope with last minute.

I've pretty much finished already I think. Even made a start on next year! There'll be other things I get for this year, but I'm mostly sorted!

Yes , I have 4 grandchildren so I have started christmas shopping. The mortgage and bills mean a very tight budget so it’s good to start early as you find some great bargains. I bought pyjama sets in GAP £1.99 , reduced from £45 for my grown up daughters. I rarely get to buy myself any treats , like perfume, make up, gadgets, weekend breaks etc hence entering competitions to win stuff, no luck yet, but you never know. I absolutely love Christmas, it’s a wonderful time of the year, to give and especially to share family time with the kids and grandkids. I love putting up the tree and decorations, wrapping up gifts and getting into the spirit!
