Has anyone used one of these for plane journeys?
Im 5ft9 and struggle with plane journeys. I cant sit for too long with my legs down as they ache really bad. At home ive always got my feet up but its hard on the plane as its so cramped. Im hoping this is a miracle cure 
If you intend using it on a plane I suggest you read the one star negative reviews before making a purchase, and see if you still think it will meet your needs. They would put me off buying it.

I bought this for a long haul flight & was totally disappointed due to the fact that one's feet are not able to rest flat, but rather bundled and crushed together making it impossible to be comfortable. Biggest con and waste of money.

I used this on a long haul (12 hrs) flight from China to UK. The picture is misleading as it implies it has a flat platform. It does not. Consequently the foot support just rolls together squashing your feet uncomfortably together. I could use it for a couple of minutes but no good for anything longer. Disappointed.
I saw this on sale in a shop, and although the demo video makes it seem like it’s useful, you really don’t get enough space in economy to use it well
Its probably going to be rubbish then 
but i ordered it anyway. The only thing that i hate about holidays is the plane journey 
No...but I do not think it can be used there....just health a safety if the plane need to land in some situation, this thing can not be there.
Also there is not enough place for my legs...we always suffer with my husband, because we are tall and can not fit our legs properly.
