Did It Take You around Only 5 Days to Get Your First Amazon Voucher?

I recently discovered the blog, and saw that Tom had posted that it generally takes you 5 days to receive your first voucher! I was quite shocked as it took my more like 1-2 months
Well just doing 5 comments and 3 deals per day is 400 per day so that is 12,000 in a month. There are so many threads about this topic and I am not sure why people keep asking. Just click on your points and it will take you straight to a list of how to obtain points and a list of what you have already got.
I know! You can get a lot of points in just a few months! I think I joined half way through january then in February I got my 5,000 voucher which I was shocked! It motivated me more and now I love finding deals and have already hit 15,000 points in only umm 2 months.
Oh blimey I think it takes a tad longer than 5 days !!! You only get points for posting 3 deals a day so not sure how you could get 1000 points a day even if you posted deals and vouchers and everything else you get points for.
You are right I did a quick add up and even doing every single thing for the maximum allowance would be less than 700, even adding a friend who has joined takes it to less than 1k. I think 500 is probably doable each day, depends on time you have to spare.
Lynibis yep sounds about right! I usually get 400 points a day rarely more than that

I would only believe Tom said that recently is if some link was posted to it (it doesn't show up in search). The only way it could be done AT PRESENT would be to introduce numerous friends.
Maybe before I found this site the number of deals posted for points was not limited to three a day.

ommacross19 The screenshot was clear enough it just didn't indicate it was from nearly two years ago. Since when the points system has obviously changed

I did wonder, because I never realised that there never was a limit to points. So thought that his post may have been old
ommacross19 Don't worry - it gave me something to do It was from before I joined not sure when LD actually started but suspect that was from near the begining. As mentioned I couldn't find it on this site but a full web search helped me find it.
No it took about 10 days, but then that was when they had just introduced the points reward system, and there were not as many ways to get points back then. It’s much easier now
Wow, that still seems a short time!! I posted everyday 3 times and it took me ateast a couple of weeks
ommacross19 yes you won’t find another site that would be this generous, and at the end of the day, it’s about enjoying your time on here that matters - the vouchers are just a bonus
hspexy I love posting and finding deals and freebies! I am a dealholic!! It definitely isn’t about the voucher, but they make an extra kind gift to keep us going
