Lynibis

I had a knee flare up recently which took about 3 weeks to calm down. I don't know if it is arthritis but I have started taking glucosamine again. Many years ago I took them and swear they kept my knees pain free, shouldn't have stopped really.

Personally I use this for all my aches and pains, hips, back, knees, the lot🤣 I find it works on joint and muscle pain, I get it from a local shop called properjob, but I'm sure a quick Google search would find it elsewhere, it's only £3 a pot aswell,so u can slap it on, ive tried fenbid, volterol, ibulieve, deepheat, even wd40(don't ask/laugh- I was desperate) and those heat patch things, all rubbish compared to this pot of blue gel Image

slightfoot I have never seen this before so I will definitely check it out. I have used volterol and nothing seems to change or improve.

I use L-Glumatine powder for general joint discomfort. Also has many other benefits - this may help 😃

I've used knee support braces from Amazon which were very helpful and a pain relieving roll on but they don't sell it no more on Amazon.
