Asda or Tesco

Generally Tesco just because it's closer. Asda is rarely convenient, but it's meant to be cheaper.

I have a very large Tesco within walking distance with a huge selection and often some very decent deals and the quality on average seems better than Asda. Asda do have some good deals though but don't go there as much. Our local Asda is fairly small, it used to be a Coop in the past. With regard online shops Tesco will often substitute better items if they haven't got the item you ordered and not charge you anymore this can be fantastic on occasion with great substitutes and also the quality of the veg and fruit they pick is pretty good. Asda are rubbish in comparison in fact my mother ordered a melon once and it was so rotten that her hand went straight through it went she picked it up (no joke).

I prefer the range and prices in Asda, but Tesco has a nicer layout and I enjoy the shopping experience better, even though it’s rubbish (just goes to show how rubbish my local Asda is)

I shop in Tesco as it is closer to me, but I will go to Asda when they have clothes sales to get stuff for my son and when there I will do a shop. Our Asda is 25 minutes ago, Tesco is only 5.

Personally for me ASDA o find their own branded food nicer and cheaper

asda but i rarely use either to be honest. i use foodware house, lidl and home bargains now and have saved loads

I rarely use Asda because it’s too far to travel but I find their prices better than Tesco.

I live by an asda but shop at tesco, the fruit and veg in my asda is awful and very little choice!

I like both of them, but I rarely shop at Asda as their stores are much further away from me than the other main supermarket chains. Whereas, I have a Tesco Express just round the corner from where I live

I prefer Tesco as just feels like a nicer experience shopping round where as I only really like shopping in one Asda store which is quiet far away compared to the others which aren’t as nice

Definitely Tesco. I feel Asda products lack quality (unless it’s a branded product)

asda easy well cheaper and better foods

Neither are close to me to use. I do prefer Tesco's but I have to make a special trip to use either. I tend to stick with Morrisons simply for closeness (I don't drive)
