It's not the worst habit someone can have but I find this one pretty annoying. When someone constantly interrupts a conversation with their own opinions when others are waiting politely for the initial speaker to finish. I absolutely understand that turn-taking isn't an easy concept to master but some people should really work on this skill. I do realise there are other far worse habits but I didn't want to encourage upchucking.....😜

It is better to listen than to talk

β€œShut up and listen. Research shows that people who interrupt are three times more likely to die of a heart attack than those who don’t and that marital relationships usually fail because of too much communication, not too little. Couples who spend a lot of time being quiet together stay together.”

zerocenturyzero Love it! A wise old owl sat in an Oak. The more he saw the less he spoke. The less he spoke the more heard. Why aren't we all like that wise old bird...... πŸ˜†

angemski I think I talk enough with my fingers on a keyboard lol. Mind you, I spend so many hours alone that when I get the chance i love a really good chat, always try to make sure it is two way though.

Lynibis Don't get me wrong - I love to talk too and believe a conversation should have many directions, roads and junctions but the traffic lights have to be observed occasionally or there will always be that timid driver stuck in the bus bay trying to get out. πŸ˜†

My goodness there are so many I could mention. Where do I start, well for one I really dislike seeing spit on the ground, not using a tissue to dig out boogers lol. Seeing old tatty worn out furniture on the pavement or just dumped in a public place. I could go on...

I hate, hate, hate it when people spit on the pavement, throw litter on the ground, let doors go in your face, don't reply or smile when you greet them. Yesterday a guy was up the tree outside my house lopping off branches. As I went to my car I gave him a beaming smile and said good morning. He just stared, straight faced, and ignored me.
