Tie happy birthday balloons (as many as you can) all over their car/motorbike/bike (or fill the car up with them!)

Bake a cake or give a scroll with a list of things you are willing to do for him/her throughout the year like cook a meal, wash the car, some d.i.y. etc.

If you have time, give all of the people she knows an unused balloon. Tell them to blow it up but not tie it, then write a message in permanent marker on it, then deflate again.
