Looking for a Patio Cleaner That Works for Dog Owners - Any Suggestions?

Prices seem to be quite high for patio cleaners. Only want to buy one and one that does a great job. Recommendations for a patio cleaner that removes smell of dog wee. My pooch doesn't like the wet grass in winter, so uses the contreate area at side of house and it stinks.
Any dog owners who have a magic product please let me know!

I always use a diluted bleach solution on mine and it works well, disinfects , removes green algae and prevents weed growth , the only thing it's not good at is removing any greasy stains, but a soda crystal solution will help with that.
Oooh l don't have a solution, I'm just following as though my pooch goes on the grass and l have too water it constantly in the summer as it can whiff a bit, the side of my house is concrete, slimy, mossy and very slippery and dirty, l don't own a pressure wash so l will hose it down and scrub with what people recommend. Thank you 
Pinkspirit I'm glad it's not just me with side of house concrete issues... Mine also used to get mossy during winter before the dog - just used pressure washer back then

Try deodorising Kennel Cleaner. You can get 5 litres on eBay from £13. It comes in a range of 'fragrances'
vixe80 No problem, it is very concentrated, so it can be diluted. There is a other places that may do it cheaper, but just search for Kennel Cleaner on eBay or Amazon. Good luck
