Just celebrated my birthday in a restaurant abroad. My husband told them and they played Happy Birthday and sang, I love this but do you enjoy this or get embarrassed?
Happy belated birthday!! If I was in that situation I'd be mortified bc I hate being centre of attention but it is a nice gesture & a lovely memory for you to have.
Thank you, I don’t usually like being centre of attention but on my birthday I make an exception
I dont like it i get embarrassed, i dont like a fuss. Have you ever been to Frankie and Bennies on a Saturday, i feel for the staff they have to sing happy birthday constantly 
I think it's a sweet gesture but I'd be horrified. I hate being centre of attention

Happy birthday! I don't have problems with overt displays of affection, as it’s quite fun. But I know people who hate the attention
