Boots 3 for 2 Range.
Ask a Question
Has anyone else had a problem with this? Yesterday I was Christmas shopping and picked up 3 items. I got to checkout and operator said this item doesn’t have a sticker so not included. That’s fair enough so I put it back. I picked up another item - with the sticker on but had been reduced on the shelf. He said that’s not included as it has been reduced. So why still have sticker and display item in same area then if no longer included? I find it really misleading. The customer in front of me was also having a similar problem. I ended up walking out and dumping the items back on a shelf nearby without buying anything. Having wasted loads of time to find things which were valid in the deal. Anyone else?
Yes I find this with boots .. they at times, incorrectly have something red labelled as a sale but when you go to the checkout it's actually not on sale or even vice versa happens..
Nadiaparveen In the end I went to a different branch of Boots and aware of this now. I managed to get 3 items at half price anyway without the 3 for 2 at all. I paid for 1 full price with saved up points. So in the end not too bad. All the 3 for 2 items left were at much higher prices so stayed clear. I still think they should make it clearer to the customers though what is included if remains in same area with same sticker. Not happy with them at this.
I haven't bought any 3 for 2 items from Boots in years. Never had any problems when I did though. I find that the ones left jus before Christmas are always the more expensive ones.
MrsCraig Boots is still pricey
I buy all my skincare items from Superdrug as there’s always offers for members like half price or buy 1 get second half price
Or buying items on most of them and get triple points on top of the reduced prices!!
Plus free delivery spending £20!
Rather buy via the app get it delivered than carry them as they are so heavy!!
That's not OK. I thought there was a thing that meant if it was labelled the shop had to honor it.
