B&Q Idiots

Other

Gone off b&q.they 'had trouble' online when they sent £5 off code, then had to go to store, where they had hardly any christmas decs left at all,so couldnt use voucher code! Also,i sent my son awhile back to buy me gorilla glue to mend my kitchen handle& they asked for ID,fair enough, hes only 21,but he showed his full driving licence and they still refused! One of staff asked him if it was real?(it is!) & as he pointed out he had his car keys in his hand& car was outside, another one asked if car was his! (yes also!) He went to screwfix where they served him!

That's terrible and way over the top.

We haven't found B&Q much good for anything (very overpriced too) although sometime their plants are ok. We do try very hard NOT to use them. 🐞

I think like many shops on the high street B&Q have lost the plot. What are they? A gift shop a diy store a garden centre a cafe? Shops need to Choose and specialise

He should be so lucky not to look his age. He’ll appreciate that as he ages. My daughter is in her 20s now and has to show ID. Unfortunately she’s not inherited her good looks and genes from me.

When I went to B&Q, looking around the garden area, one of the workers came up to me and said "Do you want decking?" Luckily, I got the first punch in....

Amazes me that Screw fix is owned by B&Q and they sometimes sell exactly the same items at a lower price.

Regards a of poor customer service/ difficult staff this seem to be pretty much everywhere these days
