I don't eat breakfast. I'm not hungry and don't have time. I find I eat more in day if I have breakfast

I tend to stick to cereal, I have a physical job and if I eat a heavy breakfast it tends to repeat on me and leave me bloated and sluggish

I like it mainly weekends as during the week I am in a hurry. Love having the continental breakfast

I hardly eat breakfast. I never feel like it until a few hours later I've got up and I'm never an early riser so end up not bothering

They do say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day... but. If it's too much and heavy it will instantly spike your insulin levels for few hours and then will leave you with afternoon slump... obviously you can have a treat sometimes but eating lots and heavy every morning wouldn't be recommended.

My husband didn’t use to have breakfast ever, but when he was diagnosed with diabetes, he was advised to eat when he woke. Protein rather than carbs.

I always had a piece of toast with my cup of tea, but lately I haven't felt like having the toast or anything else so just have a cup of tea. What do you like to have for your breakfast?

I often skip breakfast, I don't wake up hungry. I tend to get hungry late morning and often don't eat to 3pm or later but I certainly make up for it later in the day.

If I intentionally have a heavy breakfast, I’m most likely going to skip lunch

Breakfast is my favourite meal. Love poached egg on toast finished off with one slice of toast and honey. Some days its porridge. I never miss breakfast.

I find myself being the most hungry during the morning. I like to eat food such as ham and cheese sandwich or eggs and toast. Sometimes lunch leftovers from the previous day. If I don't fill up I get super hungry during the day.

I usually just have a light breakfast of fruit and yogurt. I would be so sluggish on a heavy breakfast and then it would seem a very long hard day.

I like to eat things quickly for breakfast, having a big breakfast makes me sluggish and takes too long to cook/clean.

Yeah I do. Which in turn means I have no lunch at all and eat later for dinner sometimes.

I don't usually want to eat a lot in the morning. My breakfasts tend to be fairly healthy.

I do have breakfast. I have home made over night oats and some fruit. Or I will have some Greek yogurt with honey and fruit. If you don't have breakfast you tend to grab sweet sugary food. And all so could start to feel light headed or dizzy from not have food in side you. That's why I have breakfast. And all so it helps with your wight to. Image
